| 摘 要： | 根据四川藏民族地区农村经济存在的主要问题,本文认为要加快四川藏区农村经济的发展必须加强区域科学规划,积极培育增长极;根据各县综合优势选择和培育主导产业;加快发展农村工业,完善产品结构;完善技术支持体系,提高农业技术水平;建立和完善市场体系,推动市场化进程.

| Abstract: | According to the main problems of rural economy in Sichuan Tibetan-area, the paper explains the main measures of developing rural economy.To quicken the development of Tibetan-area rural economy, the regional plan must be strengthened, the growth pole must be developed actively; the main industries must be chose and developed by comprehensive advantages of each county; The rural industry development should be strengthened and the technical system should also be built to improve the agriculture technical level; To promote the market development, the market system must be built and perfected. |
