摘    要:采用田间试验和化学分析等方法,研究了不同施肥水平下茎瘤芥土壤脲酶活性阶段变化特点,结果表明,茎瘤芥生长对土壤脲酶有明显的促进作用,随生长天数的增加,脲酶活性不断上升。随施肥水平的提高,土壤脲酶活性上升。茎瘤芥的产量与生长中后期土壤脲酶活性具有显著的正相关关系。土壤脲酶活性高低反映出茎瘤芥生长和土壤代谢状况,可作为茎瘤芥土壤生态和肥力水平的一个良好指标。

Abstract:The field experiment was carried out to investigate the changes of urease in soil where stem lump mustard(Brassica Juncea) was planted under different levels of fertilizer application.It was shown that the growth of stem lump mustard enhanced the activity of urease in soil obviously,which increased with fertilizer application as well as the growth of plants.In addition,from intermediate to final growth phase,there existed significantly positive relationship between the product of stem lump mustard and urease activity in soil.Since the urease activity in soil is close correlated with the growth of stem lump mustard and soil metabolism,which is a key indicator of soil ecology and soil fertility.
