土壤酸水解氨基酸和氨基糖态氮测定方法的比较研究

摘    要:对3种不同土壤(黑土、棕壤、红壤)用6 mol·L-1HCl水解后,分别采用Bremner蒸馏法与色谱法测定土壤中氨基糖态氮、氨基酸态氮的含量。结果表明,对于土壤氨基糖态氮,Bremner蒸馏法和色谱法测定结果和精密度无显著差异,但对于黑土和棕壤中的氨基酸态氮,色谱法的检测更为完全,且有较高的精密度。利用色谱法可实现土壤中各种氨基糖和氨基酸分离和定量化,对深入研究土壤中氮的来源及转化具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:The content of amino sugar-N and amino acid-N in three types of soil(black soil,brown soil and red soil) was determined by Bremner method and chromatography detection after being hydrolyzed in 6 mol.L-1HCl.The results showed that there was no significant difference in both the content and the variation between the two methods for the determination of amino sugar-N in soil.However,the content of amino acid-N in black soil and brown soil detected by liquid chromatography was significantly higher than that by ...
