摘    要:黄柳菇系国内新开发的珍稀食用菌,具有味道鲜美、营养丰富、色泽鲜艳等特点,有较好的商业潜力。本文详述了黄柳菇的生物学特性、营养成分和栽培管理技术。

Abstract:Fat pholiota (Pholiota adiposa), a bright coloured delicious mushroom, is a kind of rare edible fungi newly developed in China. It is rich in nutrients with good commercial prospects. And the biological characteristics, nutritional ingredients and cultivation techniques of fat pholiota are fully and accurately accounted in this paper.
