| 摘 要： | 本文在调查评价柴达木盆地宜农荒地资源数量、质量、分布特征的基础上,按流域农业区分析了水土资源匹配的关系,阐述了盆地宜农荒地开发利用条件、方向与方式、投资经营与政策,以及其开发利用的时序与规模。
