基于现代化信息化条件下农村妇女科学普及的探讨

针对提升农村妇女科学素质重要性、紧迫性与农村科普资源稀缺性、方式手段落后的现实矛盾，本研究从思想观念、体制机制方面分析影响和制约农村妇女科学普及效果的深层次原因，以全新的视角审视和思考科普工作，围绕农村科普的发展趋势、目标人群、重点内容、方式途径、运行机制、团队建设展开探索，提出科普也是生产力的理念，必须大胆探索实现科普现代化、科普信息化，进而整体提高农村妇女科普工作的水平和能力。

Enhancing Scientific Literacy of Rural Women Based on Modernization and Informatization

Rural women are the main force of agricultural production, the guardians of rural community and the inheritor of agricultural civilization. This article, from a perspective of improving scientific literacy of rural women, analyzes the influencing and restraining factors on scientific popularization for rural women and the reasons undermining the effect of current scientific popularization practices. The author points out that scientific popularization can act as the productive force and effective ways of its modernization and informatization should be explored to upgrade the integral competence.
