油蒿容器育苗试验

摘    要:通过对油蒿种子萌发特性的观察及对不同处理方式下的出苗率、苗期生长动态的观测及分析,结果表明:油蒿种子为小粒种子,覆土厚度对种子出苗影响很大,合理的覆土厚度为0.5~1.0cm;营养土配比采用黏土、沙子、有机肥按4.5:4.5:1配制有利于培育壮苗,苗高生长可达7.5cm,地径生长可达0.8mm。

Abstract:Observation on germination characteristics of Artemisia ordosica seeds and emergence rate and growth dynamic during seedling stage with different treatments was conducted.Results show that seeds of Artemisia ordosica are small seeds.The effect of soil thickness on emergence rate of seeds is significant,suitable soil thickness is 0.5-1.0 cm;Nutrition soil proportion of clay,sand and organic fertilizer is 4.5∶4.5∶1.Configuration is beneficial to culture strong seedling.Seedling height can reach 7.5 cm;the ground diameter can reach 0.8 mm.
