杏树内源激素含量与抗寒性关系研究

目的]研究杏树内源激素含量与抗寒性的关系。方法]利用间接酶联免疫检测技术,测定3个杏树品种不同发育时期脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA3)的含量,探讨ABA、GA3含量及ABA/GA3比值的变化与抗寒性的关系。结果]随着温度的降低,红丰、骆驼黄、金太阳的ABA含量均持续上升,GA3含量均显著下降,ABA/GA3比值均显著上升。红丰的ABA含量、ABA/GA3比值均最高,骆驼黄次之,金太阳最低。红丰的GA3含量较低,骆驼黄和金太阳相差不大。杏树的ABA/GA3比值与抗寒性呈正相关。红丰的抗寒性最强,骆驼黄次之,金太阳最弱,在冬季气温较低的地区应选择红丰作为主栽品种。结论]在杏树抗寒性不断增强的过程中,ABA含量上升,GA3含量下降,ABA/GA3比值上升。

Study on Relationship between Endogenous Hormones and Cold Resistance in Almond

Objective] The purpose was to research the relationship between contents of endogenous hormones and cold-resistance for almond.Method] By using indirect enzyme-linked immunoassay,the contents of abscisic acid(ABA) and gibberellin(GA3) in different growth period for 3 varieties of almond were determined,and the relationship between contents of ABA and GA3 and the changes of ABA/GA3 ratio with cold-resistance was discussed.Result] With the falling of temperature,the ABA contents of Hongfeng,Luotuohuang and Jintaiyang were all continuously ascended,and their GA3 contents were all descended significantly,their ratioes of ABA/GA3 were all raised obviously.The ABA content and ABA/GA3 ratio of Hongfeng were the highest,following with that of Luotuohuang,and that of Jintaiyang the lowest.The GA3 content of Hongfeng was lower,and that of Luotuohuang and Jintaiyang had no much difference.The ABA/GA3 ratio of almond had positive correlation with cold-resistance.The cold-resistance of Hongfeng was the strongest,that of Luotuohuanghe was the next,and that of Jintaiyang was the weakest.Hongfeng should be selected as main cultivars in the areas with low temperature in winter.Conclusion] In the process of enhancement of cold-resistance of almond,the content of ABA was raised,the content of GA3 was reduced,and ABA/ GA3 ratio was increased.
