摘    要:在确定IAA作为香梨(PyrussinkiangensisYü)试管苗生根最适生长调节剂和浓度基础上,研究了NH4+、NO3-、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+的生根效应。发现由NH4NO3、KNO3、Ca(NO3)2、MgSO4四种化合物不同浓度组成的12个处理对试管苗的生根率、根生物量和根长等均产生显著影响。处理间最高与最低根长相差23.38cm,生根率相差53.13%。最高生根率达96.88%,比半量MS培养基(对照)增加15.63%,并且生根指数明显提高。认为提高香梨等难生根木本植物生根效率,在选配适宜生长调节剂同时,应注意大量元素对试管苗的生根效应。

Abstract:Based on the previous experiments that the IAA was th e best plant regulator for promoting rooting capacity of in vitro plantlets,th e effects of NH 4+ ,NO 3-,K + ,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ on rooting capacity of micropropagated pear plantlets(P.sinkian-gensis Y ü)were studied.The results indicated that different contents and concentrati ons of these ions had significant effects on the rooting process of pear plantl et in vitro.The maximum and minimum difference between rooting rate,number of root and length of root per plantlet among various macro-element treatments wa s53.13%,5.43and12.67cm respectively.The maximum rooting rate at tained96.88%,increased by15.63%to CK(1/2MS medium),and the i ndex of root was increased greatly.Therefore it is suggested that for improving the rooting quality of micropropagated plantlets,paying the assistant functio n of macro-elements in the medium is necessary.
