| 摘 要： | 本文从甘肃省实施自然资源持续利用的行动要求的角度 ,分析了其自然资源开发过程中的主要问题 ,并对其自然资源开发利用的大经济环境进行了必要的剖析 ,提出了在市场经济条件下的自然资源再认识和自然资源持续利用的制度性策略。

| Abstract: | Based on the requirement of the implement of sustainable utilization of natural resources in gansu province, this article analysed the chief problem in the natural resources exploitation procedure, and make requisite dissect for the big economic environment of the exploitation and utilization of natural resources, and put forward a systematic strategy of recognition and sustainable utilization of natural resources under the condition of market economy. |
