摘    要:以生菜(Lactuca sativa)种子为试材,探讨了培养液中海水量为35%的条件下,甜菜碱(Glycinebetaine,GB)及硫酸锌(ZnSO4)对种子萌发及幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:外源GB和ZnSO4共同作用能显著提高幼苗的根长、株高、鲜重及叶绿素含量,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,增强过氧化物酶(POD)的活性;GB100mg/L及ZnSO410-5mol/L能缓解海水对幼苗的伤害及提高幼苗的耐盐性。

Abstract:Seeds of Lactuca sativa were used to explore the 35% concentration of water stress conditions,GB and ZnSO4 on lettuce seed germination and seedling physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results showed that the exogenous GB and the combined effect of ZnSO4 can significantly increase the seedling's root length,plant height and fresh weight,lower MDA content,chlorophyll content to increase and enhance POD of the activity.35% seawater stress concentration under the GB and ZnSO4(GB concentration of 1...
