云南省国家储备林建设

云南省作为开展国家储备林建设试点省份之一，建设发展好储备林具有重要的示范作用。通过系统总结云南省国家储备林建设发展现状、主要做法及经验，科学分析在管理制度亟待完善、建设资金投入不足、生态系统功能脆弱、建设区域覆盖狭窄等方面的问题，从出台国家储备林管理制度、创新国家储备林融资模式、增强区域生态系统功能和扩大国家储备林建设区域4个领域提出具体对策。

Construction of National Reserve Forest in Yunnan Province

As one of the pilot provinces to carry out the construction of national reserve forests, Yunnan Province has an important demonstrative role in the construction and development of reserve forests. This paper systematically summarized the development status and main methods and experiences of the national reserve forest construction in Yunnan Province, scientifically analyzed the problems in four aspects of urgent need to improve the management system, insufficient investment in construction funds, fragile ecosystem functions and narrow construction area coverage, and put forward specific countermeasures from the introduction of the national reserve forest management system, the innovation of the national reserve forest financing model, the enhancement of the regional ecosystem function and the expansion of the national reserve forest construction area.
