黄瓜菌根化育苗基质的研究

摘    要:以黄瓜为试材 ,用菜园土与河沙的不同配比及蛭石作为基质处理 ,接种丛枝菌根菌Glomusversiforme(简称GV)和不接种CK(接同样量的灭菌的沙土 )。结果发现丛枝菌根菌的侵染率在菜园土与河沙不同配比处理中较高 ,为 48.48%~ 5 6 .15 % ,蛭石处理的侵染率较低 ,为 37.82 %。基质处理 2 (菜园土∶河沙 =1∶2 )的丛枝菌根促生效果最显著 ,与对照比在叶面积、干物质量、壮苗指数上 ,分别提高 44 .0 9% ,36 .46 %和 83.6 2 % ,是黄瓜菌根化育苗的理想基质。此外 ,在菜园土中接种丛枝菌根菌也表现出良好的促生效应

Abstract:The substrate treatments were the mixture of soil/sand (1∶0,1∶2,1∶4) and vermiculite. Cucumber seeds were sown with Glomus versiforme and CK. The results showed the infectionrates of GV were 48.48%-56.15% in mixture of siol and sand, was 37.82% in vermiculite. The most significant beneficial effects of GV are in substrate treatment No.2 (soil/sand=1∶2),which increased leaf area,dry weight and index of health seedling up to 44.09%,36.46% and 83.62% as compared with CK respectively.
