摘    要:本文应用水蒸气蒸馏法,通过考察浸泡时间、料液比、提取时间等因素,建立了黔产紫苏挥发油提取方法,并对所提取挥发油进行了化学成分分析,采用峰面积归一化法测定了各组分的相对百分含量。研究结果表明,应用水蒸气蒸馏法,浸泡2 h,料液比1∶10,提取3 h,挥发油提取率最高。经GC-MS分析测定共52种成分,主要成分为戊基-2-呋喃基酮,相对百分含量是47.22%。

Extraction and analysis of chemical composition of essential oil from Perilla frutescens [ Lamia-les:Lamiaceae] in Guizhou
Abstract:This paper describes the use of steam distillation to extract essential oil from Perilla frutescens in Guizhou . The optimal extraction method was ascertained through investigating those factors such as solid-liquid ratio, immersion time and steam distillation time. The chemical composition of the essential oil was detected by Gas Chromatography Mass Spec-trometry ( GC-MS) . Then the relative percentage content of each composition was determined by using peak area normali-zation method. The results show that the optimum steam distillation method is solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 10, immersion time of 2 h and steam distillation time of 3 h. GC-MS analysis results show that there are 52 ingredients of compositions in the essential oil from Perilla frutescens. The main ingredient is n-amyl 2-furyl ketone with relative percentage of 47.22%.
