摘 要: | 为筛选出防治烟草黑胫病菌效果较好的药剂,采用生长速率法对8种药剂进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明:化学药剂58%甲霜·锰锌(WP)、72%烯酰·丙森锌(WP)、80%代森锰锌(WP)和生物农药1%申嗪霉素(SC)对烟草黑胫病菌菌丝生长有较好的抑制效果。其中以1%申嗪霉素(SC)效果最好,其EC50为0.5276μg/mL;58%甲霜·锰锌(WP)、80%代森锰锌(WP)和72%烯酰·丙森锌(WP)效果次之,EC50分别为2.6328μg/mL、3.0775μg/mL和5.8530μg/mL,除50%氯溴异氰尿酸(SP)外,其余7种药剂均随使用剂量的增大抑制效果增强。

Toxicological Test of Eight Fungicides to Tobacco Black Shank |

Abstract: | In order to screen out effective fungicides to control tobacco black shank pathogen, eight fungicideswere tested by plate growth rate method. The results showed that the chemicalsof 58% ridomil-MZ (WP), 72% acryloxyethyl-zinc, 80% mancozeb (WP) and the biological pesticideof 1% phenazine-1-carboxylic (SC) had better inhibitory effectonto-bacco black shank pathogen. The 1% phenazine-1-carboxylic ( SC) had the best inhibitory effect and itsEC50 was 0.5276μg/mL, followed by 58% ridomil-MZ, 80% mancozeb ( WP ) and 72% acryloxyethyl-zinc ( WP ) with theEC50 of 2. 6328 μg/mL, 3.0775μg/mL and 5.8530μg/mL, respectively. For these seven fungicides, the inhibitory effect increases withtheincreasingofthe using dosage,exceptfor 50% chlorobromoiso cyanurate acid (SP). |
