| Abstract: | To carry out the Program of Implementation, the relations between all-round way and important points, between making and carrying-out of the regulations, between safeguarding the rights to know and mobilizing the enthusiasm to supervise, and between construction of punishment and prevention system and affairs of combatting corruption to build a clean administration should be correctly well-handled, so as to set up a system of punishment and prevention against corruption, and combat corruption to build a clean administration at colleges and universities. |
