基于电阻抗特性稻谷含水率测定研究

摘    要:用电容法对不同品种稻谷含水率进行测定。结果表明,不同稻谷的电导随测试频率的增加而增加,电容随测试频率的增加而减少。当频率f=1 MHz时,稻谷的电容不随外加偏压而改变。采用电容传感系统测定了4种不同含水量稻谷的介电常数。结果表明,在一定的测试条件下,介电常数随水分含量的增加而增加,且呈指数相关,相关系数为0.933 4。

Abstract:Moisture rate of rice varieties were measured by capacitance method.The results show that: conductivity increases with increasing frequency,capacitance decrease with the test frequency increasing.When the excitation frequency is 1 MHz,the capacitance values are not changed with the bias.The dielectric constants of 4 rices with different moisture content are measured through capacitive sensing system.The results show that: in certain test conditions,the dielectric constant is increased with the moisture rate,and has the correlation coefficient of 0.933 4.
