| 摘 要： | 用电容法对不同品种稻谷含水率进行测定。结果表明,不同稻谷的电导随测试频率的增加而增加,电容随测试频率的增加而减少。当频率f=1 MHz时,稻谷的电容不随外加偏压而改变。采用电容传感系统测定了4种不同含水量稻谷的介电常数。结果表明,在一定的测试条件下,介电常数随水分含量的增加而增加,且呈指数相关,相关系数为0.933 4。

| Abstract: | Moisture rate of rice varieties were measured by capacitance method.The results show that： conductivity increases with increasing frequency,capacitance decrease with the test frequency increasing.When the excitation frequency is 1 MHz,the capacitance values are not changed with the bias.The dielectric constants of 4 rices with different moisture content are measured through capacitive sensing system.The results show that： in certain test conditions,the dielectric constant is increased with the moisture rate,and has the correlation coefficient of 0.933 4. |
