电喷系统在GS125摩托车发动机上的匹配应用

摘    要:减少有害排放物、提高动力性及经济性是环保和节约能源对摩托车发动机所提出的要求,而降低排放的最有效方法就是采用电喷技术。目前,国内采用电喷技术的摩托车还很少,仅有几家摩托车公司研制成功,但都未形成量产。为此,以GS125摩托车发动机为研究对象,自主开发开环式电控系统对其进行改造、匹配标定。结果表明:GS125摩托车发动机电喷化后,动力性、经济性和排放都有明显改善。

Abstract:To decrease bad drainage, improve power and economization are the requirement to motorcycle engine for environment protection and energy-saving. The most effective way is to apply electrojet technology for decreasing drainage. At present, less motorcycle in China apply electrojet technology. Only a few motorcycle companies developed successfully, but very small output. Based on this condition, introduced open annular electric-control system to rebuild and match demarcate of GS125 motorcycle engine. The result showed that power, economization and drainage were all improved after GS125 motorcycle engine electrojet.
