| 摘 要： | 把在ＹＰＧ液体培养其中震荡培养（１００ｒｐｍ）４－６ｈ的根霉孢子放入酶液（蜗牛酶２５ｍｇ／ｍｌ＋溶菌酶２０ｍｇ／ｍｌ＋Ｎｏｖｏｚｙｍ－２３４５ｍｇ／ｍｌ）内，在３０℃下震荡（１００ｒｐｍ）酶解３－４ｈ，原生质体形成率为５３．６％。
