| 摘 要： | 对不同处理下鹅绒委陵菜种子萌发进行了研究。研究结果表明:自然状态下鹅绒委陵菜种子萌发率和萌发势较低;而经后熟、赤霉素(GA)、低温和Na2CO3处理后,种子萌发率和萌发势均显著提高。

| Abstract: | Potentilla anserine L.is a rare and precious medical herb in China,mainly is distributed in Qinghai Province.Because the natural resource of Potentilla anserine L.was destroyed seriously,the seed germination was researched so as to offer theoretical foundation for introduction,cultivation and protection of wild Potentilla anserine L.The result showed that Potentilla anserine L.had low percentage of germination and vigor of germination in natural condition,but through the treatment of Na2CO3,GA and low temperature after maturity,the percentage of germination and vigor of germination of Potentilla anserine L.would be markedly increased. |
