| 摘 要： | 利用优化了的银染mRNA差异显示技术(DD-PCR)，比较了出生后40日龄、60日龄和120日龄三个不同生长阶段的绵羊相同部位的皮肤中总RNA的差异表达。结果表明：同一个体不同日龄的绵羊存在着表达量不同的差异表达基因，并初步筛选出了8条重复性好的差异cDNA片段，其中1条表达量不同的差异片段存在于40日龄，5条存在于60日龄，2条为120日龄所特有。本试验将为进一步研究影响绵羊毛性状相关基因在皮肤中的表达提供科学的参考依据。

| Abstract: | using optimized the silver straining mRNA differential display techinques,total RNA was compared in skin of three different growth phases(after birth 40,60,120 days) of sheep the result showed that there are differential expressive genes in skin of different growth phases of sheep,and preliminavily isolate eight high repeatabilith differential cDNA bands,one of them differential bands exist in 40 days,five of them exist in 60 days,two of them exist in 120 days This test will provide scientific reference basis for studying effecting character of wool associated with genes expression in skin |
