镉胁迫下海藻酸钠与氯化钙混合添加对黄瓜幼苗镉吸收的影响

摘    要:为了探讨海藻酸钠(NaAlg)与氯化钙(CaCl_2)混合添加对镉污染土壤修复效应的影响,通过盆栽试验,研究基质中NaAlg与CaCl_2混合添加对镉胁迫下黄瓜幼苗镉吸收的影响。结果表明:少量NaAlg与CaCl_2混合添加对黄瓜幼苗镉吸收的影响不显著,过量添加NaAlg与CaCl_2对黄瓜幼苗生长不利,T_(200)时NaAlg与CaCl_2混合添加对缓解黄瓜幼苗镉吸收的效果最佳,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上部鲜质量、地上部干质量、地下部鲜质量、根平均直径和根体积分别增加10.66%、17.67%、50.04%、29.23%、24.40%、11.54%和33.33%,根Cd~(2+)含量和根部细胞壁的Cd~(2+)含量分别降低9.375%和31.82%,而POD和CAT活性分别增加32.31%和113.33%,MDA含量降低29.82%。可见,适量NaAlg与CaCl_2混合添加会缓解镉污染土壤对黄瓜幼苗的毒害作用。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of mixed addition of sodium alginate (NaAlg) and calcium chloride (CaCl2) on the repair effect of cadmium contaminated soil, the effects of mixed addition of NaAlg and CaCl2 in the matrix on cadmium absorption of cucumber seedlings under cadmium stress were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the effect of a small amount of NaAlg mixed with CaCl2 on cadmium absorption in cucumber seedlings was not significant, and excessive addition of NaAlg and CaCl2 was not benificial to cucumber seedling growth, the best effect of NaAlg and added CaCl2 alleviated cadmium uptake in cucumber seedlings at T200. The plant height, stem thickness and fresh mass on the ground, dry mass on the ground, fresh mass of the underground, average diameter of root and root volume increased by 10.66%, 17.67%, 50.04%, 29.23%, 24.40%, 11.54%, 33.33%, respectively. Root Cd2+ quality score and root cell wall Cd2+ quality score decreased by 9.375%, 31.82%, while POD and CAT activity increased by 32.31%, 113.33%, MDA content decreased by 29.82%. It could be seen that the combination of moderate NaAlg and CaCl2 would relieve the toxic effect of cadmium contaminated soil on cucumber seedlings.
