摘    要:对传统的磺基水杨酸测定铁含量的方法进行了改进,采用示差光度技术,使测量方法的线性范围向下扩展,在1~20μg/25mL时呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.999。用于自来水中铁含量的测定,回收率达89.8%~96.0%。

Abstract:In this paper,the conventional method which determination of trace iron by sulfosalicylic acid spectrophotometry was improved.The linear range was downward extended by the differential spectrophotometry method.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1~20 μg/25 mL(R=0.999) .The method was used to determinate the content of iron in running water.The returns-ratio was about 89.8%~96.0%.
