摘    要:以利用常规盐溶蛋白电泳技术难以进行纯度鉴定的强盛1号玉米杂交种及相应亲本自交系和6对玉米SSR位点引物为材料,筛选出适合该杂交种纯度鉴定的SSR位点引物,结果表明,bilg 116引物的扩增产物呈现双亲互补的特征谱带,易于区分杂交种和亲本自交系。并通过对单子粒DNA提取等技术环节的改进,建立了一套简单、快速、准确、可靠的种子纯度鉴定方法。

Abstract:In this study,6 SSR primer pairs were screened to search for the SSR loci that are suitable for testing the purity of Qiangsheng No.1 maize hybrid,which lack a reliable laboratory method for purity testing.The results are as follows: A polymorphic SSR loci,bilg116 has been found that could be applied to test the purity of this hybrid. A procedure featuring inexpensive equipment and ease of use has been set up for testing maize hybrid purity using SSR marker.
