早竹和高节竹叶化学成分的初步测定

摘    要:对早竹和高节竹叶的水提取物进行定性的分析,结果表明均含有黄酮、糖类、氨基酸和蒽醌类等成分。用硫酸-蒽酮法测定水溶性糖的含量表明,冷水提取物中早竹叶平均为2.46%、高节竹叶平均为2.99%。热水提取物中早竹叶平均为7.10%、高节竹叶平均为6.92%。用凯氏定氮法测定含氮量和蛋白质含量平均分别为早竹叶2.77%和17.37%,高节竹叶2.59%和16.12%。对于黄酮、蒽醌类化物还有待于进一步测定。

Abstract:A qualitative analysis of Water extraction from leaves of Phyllostachys praecoxand Ph. prominens illustrates the existence of flavonoid, glucide, amino acids and anthraquinone. Measured by the Anthranone method, the content of water-soluble sugar incool water extraction averages 2. 46% in Phaletachy praecox leaves and 2. 99% in Ph.promines,while in hot water extraction, 7. 10% and 6. 92% respectively. The nitrogen content and protein content measured by Kjeldahl method average 2. 77% and 17. 3% in Phylostachy praecox leaves,and 2. 59% and 16. 12% in Ph. prominens leaves. The flavonoid andanthranone are still expected for further measurement.
