苹果梨贮藏期生理生化变化

摘    要:研究了苹果梨贮藏期生理生化变化。结果表明,低温可明显延迟成熟中的多种变化。苹果梨呼吸强度很低,在2~10mgCO2(kgh)-1。低温贮藏后期呼吸强度只有2~3mgCO2(kgh)-1。苹果梨乙烯释放量极低,在0~0.5μl(kgh)-1之间。乙烯在苹果梨后熟中起重要作用,影响着多种物质的变化。苹果梨在贮藏期能保持其硬度和Vc的水平。

Abstract:This experiment studied physiological and bio-chemical changes of Pingguo pear durint storage period.The result showed that low temperature obviously delayed many changes during maturity.Its respiration intensity was very low,within 210 mg CO2/kgh and only 23 mg CO2/kgh during later storage period.The ethylene production of Pingguo pear was extremely low,less than 0.5 L/kgh.Ethylene acted importantly on Pingguo pear after ripening,affected changes of many substances.Pingguo pear could preserve its hardness and vitamin C content during storage time.
