摘    要:[目的]优选黄杞叶总黄酮的正交提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,以黄杞叶总黄酮的收率为指标,采用正交试验法优选出黄杞叶总黄酮的提取工艺条件。[结果]黄杞叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶25(W/V,g/ml,下同),乙醇浓度70%,温度85℃,回流提取2次,每次2.5 h;在此条件下,总黄酮的收率为21.21%。[结论]该工艺操作简单、稳定、可行。

Extracting Technology Optimization of Total Flavonoids from the Leaves of Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wal.by Orthogonal Test

Abstract:[ Objective] To optimize the extracting technology of total flavonoids from the leaves of Engelhardtia roxburghiarta Wal.. [ Method] On the basis of single factor test, using the yield of total flavonoids as indicator, the extracting technology of total flavonoids was optimized by or- thogonal test. [ Result] The optimum extracting technology was as follows : solid-liquid ratio 1 : 25 ( W/V, g/ml, the same as follows), 70% etha- nol, extracting 2 times at 85 ℃ for 2.5 hours. The yield of total flavonoids was 21.21% under the above condition. [ Conclusion] The extracting technology is simple, stable and feasible.
