摘    要:[目的]对比分析嫁接西瓜(Citrullu slanatus)和自根西瓜不同生育期各个器官干物质的积累与分配特性,揭示嫁接对西瓜干物质积累与分配规律的影响。[方法]嫁接用的砧木为杭州长瓠、接穗为设施精品小西瓜小兰。在自根与嫁接西瓜的生长过程中,于幼苗期、营养生长旺期、开花坐果期、结瓜盛期、结瓜末期和拉蔓期各个生育阶段分别取3株,将其根、茎、叶、果实分开,测鲜重及干重。[结果]嫁接西瓜植株根、茎、叶和果实中干物质积累量显著高于自根西瓜;自根西瓜和嫁接西瓜干物质积累量的变化趋势大致相同。[结论]该研究可为嫁接西瓜的大面积栽培提供科学依据。

Study on the Characteristics of Dry Matter Accumulation and Distribution of Grafted Watermelon(Citrullu slanatus)

Abstract:[ Objective] The aim was to comparatively analyze the dry matter accumulation and distribution characteristics of all organs of grafted and own-rooted watermelon at different growth stages, to reveal the effects of grafting on dry matter accumulation and distribution of watermelon. [ Method] The rootstock was Hangzhou-long gourd, scion was fine and small watermelon in greenhouse Xiaolan. During the growth of own-rooted and grafted watermelon, three plants were taken at different growth stages and then their root, stem, leaf and fruit were separated to determine their fresh and dry weight resp.. [ Result ] The results showed that the dry matter accumulation amount of grafted watermelon was remarkably higher than.that of own-rooted watermelon, but their change tendency was in the same. [ Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for cuhivating of gafted watermelon in a large scale.
