摘    要:目的]分析橡实粉的性质及其乳液的液化条件。方法]对橡实粉的性质、橡实粉料液浓度、pH进行了考察,研究橡实粉乳液的液化条件及对后续糖化生成葡萄糖的影响。结果]确定了橡实粉较优的液化条件:料液浓度为32%,pH为5.8,在此条件下可获得14.4%的水解葡萄糖。结论]研究可为橡实粉的综合利用提供参考依据。

Research on Acorn Powder Property and Enzymolysis

Abstract: Objective ] To analyze acorn powder properties and emulsion liquefaction conditions. Method ] The property, liquid concentration, pH of acorn powder were investigated, effects of emulsion liquefaction conditions on subsequent saccharification to produce glucose were studied. Result] The optimal liquefaction conditions are: liquid concentration 32%, pH 5.8, under the above conditions, 14.4% hydrolysis glucose could be obtained. Conclusion] The study can orovide reference basis for comorehensive utilization of acorn powder.
