长江流域江苏段饮用水源地水环境安全研究

摘    要:选取2007~2009年长江流域江苏段饮用水源地水质监测数据,利用水环境健康风险评价模型,对长江流域江苏段由饮水途径引起的水环境健康风险进行了评价。评价结果表明,2007~2009年长江流域江苏段10个饮用水源地水环境对人体健康危害最大的是化学致癌物Cr(VI),但未超过国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受风险水平5.0×10-5a-1;由致癌物质所致健康风险数量级为10-5a-1,而由非致癌物所致健康风险数量级为10-9a-1,致癌物质为优先控制污染物,应作为风险决策管理的重点对象,加大治理力度。

Research on the Water Environment Security of Drinking Water Sources in the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu Province

Abstract:Water environmental health risk assessment for the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu Province was conducted by the water environmen- tal health risk assessment model and based on the water environment monitoring data from 2007 to 2009. The results showed that the maximal an- nual health risk for individual person from drinking water was Cr6+ which belongs to carcinogens, but the health risk of Cr6+ to the individual per- son per year was lower than its standard value 5.0 × 10-Sa-l recommended by International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP). The health risk caused by gene toxic substances was 10-5 a-i and caused by non-gene toxic substances ranges was 10-9 a-i in 10 samples of drinking source water of the Yangtze River Basin. Therefore, gene toxic substances are the pollutants of highest control priority, and chemical carcinogens must be paid more attention to in the risk decision-making management.
