| 摘 要： | 根据我国目前农业科技成果在转化过程中所存在的脱离生产实际、科研经费与转化经费不足、成果成熟度不高、科技成果转化人才短缺、应用范围受限等问题进行了剖析，并针对这些实际问题提出了相应的有效解决措施。

| Abstract: | According to the problems emerged in our country,the problems were analyzed such as separation from agricultural production,scientific research and transformation cost shortage,low maturity of achievement,shortage of transformation of agricultural achievement talents,limitation of application scope.Aiming at those problems,some countermeasures were put forward. |
