高校校报应成为培养创新人才的阵地

在科学技术飞速发展，知识经济初露端倪的当今社会，培养具有创新精神的优秀人才，已成为时代，社会对高等教育的必然要求，也是作为高校党政机关报的校报的重要任务。要完成好这一任务，校报工作当前应着重从以下几方面开展工作：（1）积极组织有关宣传内容，为培养创新人才提供良好的舆论氛围；（2）开辟有关专栏，为创新人才提供崭露头角的园地；（3）引导学生在参与办报的过程中提高创新能力。

University Newspaper Should Become an Important Stage for Training Innovative Talent

At present, as science and technology develop rapidly and knowledge economy time is just forthcoming, to train innovative talent has became the necessary demand of age and society in higher education, that is also an important task of University Newspaper. For finishing the task, the editor of University Newspaper should do work from the following aspects: 1. Active organizatino of relative propaganda content to provide favorable public opinion environment for training innovative talent; 2.opening relative columns to provide a garden plot for innovative person to show their talent early; 3.guiding students to improve innovative ability during their participation in runing the newspaper.
