隧道衬砌台车有限元结构仿真及优化设计

摘    要:基于有限单元法的基本思想为理论基础,用MSC/PATRAN建立隧道衬砌台车仿真模型,对其在工作状态下的工况进行MSC/NASTRAN强度、刚度分析,得到隧道衬砌台车的最大应力、应变值及分布情况。通过分析,此隧道衬砌台车有进一步优化的空间,接着在MSC/NASTRAN中定义设计变量,确定设计目标,进行优化设计。结果表明用MSC/PATRAN建模分析可以节省人力物力,又有比较高的模拟精度,对于工程实际是相当有帮助的,可以提高工程机械结构设计水平,使得结构更加合理,满足当今机械设计发展的需求,本文的研究方法适用于指导任何其他类型机械的分析。

Abstract:The finite element method based on the basic idea of the basic theory, MSC / PATRAN to build the tunnel lining trolley simulation model in its work under the conditions for MSC / NASTRAN strength, rigidity, tunnel lining has been the trolley Maximum stress, strain and distribution. Through the analysis of the tunnel lining trolley there is room for further optimization, and then in MSC / NASTRAN in the definition of design variables to determine the design objectives, to optimize the design. The results showed that the use of MSC / PATRAN modeling analysis, we can save manpower and resources, and relatively high precision simulation for the actual work is very helpful to improve the structure of the mechanical engineering design level, making a more rational structure, mechanical design to meet today's development Demand, the paper's methodology applied to the guidance of any other type of mechanical analysis.
