垃圾干发酵沼气池杀卵灭菌实验研究

本文用干发酵沼气池地处理城市生活有机垃圾,观察杀卵灭菌的卫生效果,结果表明:钩虫卵和蛔虫卵的杀灭效果均随沼气池发酵时间的增长而显著增高,经发发酵40天以上,沼气池内各层钩虫卵全部死亡;经发酵4个月时,沼气池内上层蛔虫卵死亡率为85％,中层为95％,下层为100％,同时,细菌总数比发酵前下降98％以上,大肠菌群完全转阴。可见,干发酵沼气池杀卵灭菌效果是肯定的,但要完全杀死寄生虫卵,达到无害化处理的卫生评价指标,干发酵周期以4个月为宜。

TRIAL STUDY ON KILLING INSECT OVA AND STERILIZATION OF REFUSE BY DRY FERMENTATION BIOGAS DIGESTER

This paper described the experiment of appling dry fermemtation biogas digester to dispose of the organic rubbish from city. The hygenic effect of sterilization was observed. The result showed that the ova of hook (?)orm and roundworm were significantly decreased with the time of fermentation. through the fermentation of 40 monthes and upward, All the ova of hookworm were killed at every layers. Aiter the fermentation of 40 monthes. The death rate was 85% at the upper layers 95% at the middle layer; 100% at the cower layer. The total numder of bacteria was decreased by 98% or more, the condg of intestinal bacteria turned negtive. therefore the effect of sterilization with dry fermentation biogas digester was in the affirmative, the period of dry fermentation was suygested as 4 monthes, so as to kill all the parasitic oua, and to reach the hygenic standard.
