木材热泵除湿干燥机节能工艺研究

摘    要:该文从理论和实验两方面研究了湿空气的旁通率对热泵除湿干燥机除湿比能耗的影响,研究结果证明,湿空气的旁通率对除湿效率和除湿比能耗有着显著的影响,且最佳旁通率与干燥机所处工况和湿空气参数有很大关系。该文还从实验角度证明了,在一定环境条件下,用热泵供热可节省能源消耗。

Abstract:This paper deals with the influence of bypass-rate of humid air to the SPC(Specific Power Consumption)of the dehumidifier. The result shows that the influence is veryremarkable, and the optimum bypass-rate of humid air is affected by the working conditionsof the dryer and humid air. Based on the experimental tests, we concludes that the primaryenergy can be saved while the heat required by the wood-drying room provided by heatpump.
