新疆巴音布鲁克草原退化及其驱动力分析

近年来，我国著名的巴音布鲁克大草原的生态环境恶化，引起了各级政府及社会的广泛关注，草地生态建设已摆在各级政府的重要位置。为此，提出了“牲畜下山来，绿色留高原”的战略目标。通过禁牧、休牧、围栏、生态移民、建立人工草地等多种措施治理和恢复巴音布鲁克大草原退化草地。

THE ANALYSIS ON DRIVEN FORCES OF DEGENERATION OF BAYINBULAKE GRASSLAND IN XINJIANG

Recently years, degeneration of the famous bayinbulake grassland have been focused by the government and society in Xinjiang China. The protection for environment of grassland have been put on a importent position,The government of the Bayinguoleng mongulia autonomous state of Xinjiang put out a strategic aim, and throw large labor , material and fund to restore the environment of bayinbulake grassland by forbidding, fencing,artificial grassland etc. this paper provide a way to provent the degeneration of the bayinbulake grass- langd by analyzing the driven force that caused to the degeneration of the bayinbulake grassland. Main driven forces are over utilization, bioplagues, weather droughtand lack of base watering building.
