恢复系万恢88的特征特性与应用

[目的]研究万恢88的品种特征和生产中的配组应用。[方法]对万恢88的米质和农艺性状进行测定,并进行抗逆性鉴定。采用共同测验法,用不育系（测验种）与恢复系（被测种）配组测交,对各测交组合进行小区比较试验,测定万恢88的配合力和恢复性,同时对万恢88配组的组合进行区试和生产试验。[结果]水稻恢复系万恢88具有配合力高、综合性状好、优势明显、恢复性较好、米质优、抗逆性好等特点。在1998—2006年间,利用万恢88配组的组合通过重庆市农作物品种审定委员会审定的有冈优88、K优88、万香优l号、万优6号、陵优1号和万优9号6个组合。[结论]万恢88在西南地区可作为主要恢复系利用,同时也可作为优质材料被转育利用。
