摘 要: | [目的]将EM菌应用于海水养虾池,通过氨氮、亚硝酸盐、溶解氧、COD、硫化物、pH值等水质指标变化说明EM菌对养虾池水质的作用效果。[方法]在A、B2个养虾池中每隔半个月喷洒EM菌液11.25L/hm2。[结果]EM能够有效降解氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物、COD,能增加溶解氧,稳定酸碱度。[结论]一次喷洒11.25L/hm2EM菌液,可使虾池保持良好水质达15d以上。

Abstract: | [Objective] The effect of inoculation effective microorganisms (EM) to shrimp ponds of seawater was studied,with analysis of affecting factors including NH3-N,NO2-N,dissolved oxygen (DO),COD,sulfide and pH. [Method] 11.25 L/hm2 EM was sprayed to shrimp ponds once after or at an interval of half month. [Result] Inoculation EM could significantly decrease NH3-N,NO2-N,sulfide,and COD of the experimental groups,increase dissolved oxygen (DO) and stabilize pH of the experimental groups. [Conclusion] Water qualities in shrimp ponds could be kept more than 15 days by inoculating 11.25 L/hm2 EM once. |
