摘    要:通过RT - PCR方法和基因克隆技术对玉米黄早4HINT 1基因进行了分子克隆和序列分析.结果表明,黄早4 HINT 1 cDNA全长为729 bp,氨基酸序列与动物HINT 1有较高的相似度,并且包含HITN1蛋白家族保守的活性位点区域.同时,为进一步研究玉米HINT1基因的理化性质及生物功能,利用PET - 28...

Abstract:Molecular cloning and sequence analysis of Huangzao 4 HINT 1(Histidine triad nucleotide binding protein 1) were carried out based on RT-PCR method and gene cloning technique.The full length cDNA of Huangzao 4 HINT 1 is 729 bp,holding higher similarity with animal HINT 1 homologues and the conserved domains.PET-28a was used to construct the prokaryotic expression vector of Huangzao 4 HINT 1 for the further research on physiological and biochemical characterization of maize HINT 1.
