| Abstract: | Through video conference system construction, set up an interactive platform for agricultural broadcast in Heilongjiang province, resource sharing in agricultural broadcast system, in order to meet the farmers' needs for diversified and interactive information was realized, the development of farmer education and training was promoted to service for the construction of agricultural broadcast system. |
