云南糯稻遗传多样性的SSR分析

摘    要:用24对单序列重复(simple sequence repeat,SSR)引物分析云南省63个糯稻品种的遗传多样性,结果显示云南糯稻总体遗传多样性水平较高。24个SSR位点共检测到153个等位基因,均为中度或高度多态位点。总群体平均香农指数为1.4493,平均Nei’s基因多样性指数为0.7187。滇西南、滇南和滇东南是目前云南省糯稻遗传多样性中心,是保护糯稻资源时应重点关注的区域。AMOVA分析表明糯稻的遗传变异主要存在于地区内品种间(79%),只有5%遗传变异存在于地区间,品种内的遗传变异占16%,保护糯稻遗传多样性需要保护较多的品种。聚类分析显示Nei’s遗传相似系数为0.22时云南糯稻品种分为籼糯和粳糯2个类群,但是不能区分地理组。

Abstract:Genetic diversity of 63 Yunnan glutinous rice varieties was analyzed by 24 SSR markers. Totally,153 alleles were detected by 24 middle or high polymorphic SSR loci. The average Shannon's information index and Nei's gene diversity index were 1.449 3 and 0.718 7 respectively, which indicated abundant genetic variation of Yun- nan glutinous rice.
