| 摘 要： | 探讨小鼠胚胎体外发育过程中,2种激素(孕马血清促性腺激素PMSG、人绒毛膜促性腺激素HCG)对早期胚胎发育的影响。取原核期胚胎培养于不同的培养体系中,确定适合胚胎发育的最佳体外培养体系;在胚胎培养液中加入不同浓度的激素,观察激素对体外发育的影响。试验发现含10%胎牛血清的人输卵管液培养液(HTF)是该试验条件下小鼠早期胚胎发育的最佳培养液;在该培养液中添加不同浓度和不同种类的激素后,各发育阶段胚胎的发育率与未添加激素的对照组相比均有所下降,但未发现浓度依赖性。由此可认为,高浓度的PMSG和HCG对体外培养的胚胎发育有抑制作用,可降低胚胎发育到各阶段的比例,尤其是显著降低了囊胚的发生率。
