大麦品种间杂交若干农艺性状的主成分分析

摘    要:用主成分分析法分析了大麦三个杂交组合按谱法繁衍的F_4代家系。结果表明,第一主成分值为库容因素(穗长、小穗数、实粒数和穗粒重)值;第二主成分值为生育期因素值。二者占总变异的60.60~66.91%。主成分分析法对亲本选配和后代选择均可提供较多重要信息和依据。

Abstract:Principal component analysis was used to study the F_4 genaration ofthree crosses in barley derived from the pedigree method.The charactersstudied were heading date,plant height,spike length,spikelets per spike,grains per spike and grain weight per spike.The results indicated that thesink factors contributed the first principal component while growth dura-tion was the second principal compoaent.Most of the variations observedwere attributed to the first principal component and in part to the secondprincipal component.
