| Abstract: | From the definition and characteristics, shade-tolerant plant resources in Hainan Island were gathered and classified. The utilization of the shade-tolerant plant resources was emphatically elucidated, and some suggestions for reasonable development and utilization of shade-tolerant plant resources were made in the light of the actual conditions in Hainan Island. |
