富硒蛹虫草胞内多糖对自由基的清除作用

摘    要:以富硒蛹虫草胞内多糖为材料,采用邻苯三酚法、Fenton法和对DPPH的清除作用,研究了硒多糖的对超氧自由基、羟自由基和有机自由基的清除作用。试验表明:硒多糖具有较好的清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和有机自由基DPPH的能力,硒多糖清除自由基的能力与空白多糖相比具有显著差异(P<0.01)。与空白多糖相比,硒多糖清除DPPH的能力最强,其次是羟自由基,最后是超氧阴离子自由基。

Abstract:Intracellular polysaccharide of enriched selenium Cordyceps militaris used as material,with the methods of Pyrogallol,Fenton and the function of scavenging DPPH,studied the antioxidant capability of enriched selenium intracellular polysaccharide of C.militaris.The result showed:the polysaccharide abundant with selenium had better functions of scavenging superoxide anion radical,hydroxyl radical and DPPH.Compared with the control,the capability of scavenging radical was significant for the selenium polysaccharide.From the point of the radical type,compared with the control,the capability of scavenging DPPH was the highest,followed by hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.
