| 摘 要： | The market efficiency in DEA is used to evaluate vendors under the hackground of vendors and it's purchasing quantities selection in supply chain management. An ideal targets set by the buyer is determined in order to make inefficiency vendors improving the efficiency score and competition. This paper proposes a buyer-sell game model that has distinct advantages over existing methods in selecting an optimal set of bids and it's purchasing quantities that satisfy the buyer's demand, and the improving market efficiency is also considered.
