黑暗诱导烟叶衰老过程中质体色素代谢规律研究

摘    要:以烟草栽培品种K326为实验材料,在中部叶叶龄50 d时,对其进行单独叶片黑暗诱导衰老(individually darkened leaves,IDLs)处理,研究了烟叶质体色素及其降解成分含量变化、叶片衰老和质体色素代谢的关键基因表达规律。结果表明:在衰老过程中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素都在不断降解,在IDLs处理的第5 d时成熟特征显著;在IDLs第5 d衰老基因表达明显增强或减弱,色素合成基因表达减弱,分解基因表达显著增强。

Abstract:The tobacco cultivar K326 was used as experimental material in this study,when the middle leaf of tobacco was 50 days old,its senescence was rapidly induced by treatment of darkened induced senescence(DIS) to individual leaf,the changeable regularity of chlorophyll and carotenoid content,the amount of plastid pigment catabolites neutral aroma constituent,the expression of the genes related to leaf senescence and plastid pigment were studied.The results showed that both chlorophyll and carotenoid were degraded constantly in the course of leaf senescence.On the fifth day after DIS treatment,the mature characteristic of leaf was evident,the expression of the senescent genes was increased or decreased,the genes of plastid pigment biosynthesis were weakly expressed,while the genes of plastid pigment degradation were evidently strongly expressed.
