如何推进职业教育发展的品牌化

摘    要:近年来,我国劳动力供求的结构性矛盾更加突出,技能型人才供不应求的矛盾进一步加剧。职业教育发展既面临前所未有的机遇,又同时充满了挑战。职业院校要在激烈的竞争中把握市场,必须走品牌化之路,提高自身的核心竞争力。而打造职业教育的品牌需要职业院校、地方政府和企业密切合作,只有三者联动,才能实现职业教育的品牌化、才能实现职业教育发展与地方经济发展的高度对接。

Abstract:In recent years, the structural contradiction of labor supply and demand is becoming more and more outstanding. The short supply contradiction of skilled talents is further aggravated. On one hand, the development of the vocation education is faced with the unprecedented opportunities and also full of challenges. Professional colleges should take the way of branding and improve their own core competences. To build the branding of the vocation education, professional colleges, local governments and the enterprises to should work together. And only in this way can we realize the branding of the vocation education and the high butted joint of the vocation education with the local economy development.
