| 摘 要： | 对肉用型乌鸡与快大型乌鸡进行了对比试验．结果表明：肉用型乌鸡各周龄日增重均比快大型乌鸡高，差异显著（p〈0．05）；肉用型乌鸡的屠宰率、胸肌率、腿肌率均比快大型高，差异显著（p〈0．05）或极显著（p〈0．01）；0～90日龄肉用型乌鸡的成活率为95．63％，而快大型乌鸡的成活率为85．36％，差异极显著（p〈0．01）；0～90日龄肉用型乌鸡的饲料转化率为2．96，而快大型乌鸡为3．02．

| Abstract: | Comparative study on meat-production between meat-type Silkies and huge large-tpye silkies was conducted.The result indicated that the per week daily gain was significant(p<0.05) than the huge large-type silkies.The dressing percent,breast-meat percent and leg meat percent of meat-type silkies etc were very significant(p<0.01)or significant(p<0.05) than huge Large-type silkies.The livability rate of meat-type silkies and huge large-type silkies between 0-90 days was separately 95.63 percent and 85.36 percent.The feed conversion rate of meat-type silkies and large-type silkies between 0-90 days wese separately 2.96 and 3.02. |
