| Abstract: | Developing the labor economy in western poor area plays an important role in the agricultural surplus labor force transfer,increasing the farmers' income.The problems in the development of the labor economy in western poor area,such as the low quality of labor force,the imperfect market system of labor force and so on are analyzed.And then the emphases in the process of developing labor economy in the western poor area are put forward,such as optimizing the exportation environment of the work force,strengthening the technical ability training of the farmer,speeding the information network construction of the work force,carrying out the brand strategy of the labor economy. |
